whitney houston funeral live video coverage ceremony on 18th February 2012.

Pop Icon and legend, Whitney Houston was laid to rest finally in her hometown, New Jersey, New York.
This occasion was graced and honoured by several world legends.

The burial service began with heart touching spiritual music, a reminder of Whitney’s in her church’s choir when she was growing up.

introduction was done by
A. Curtis Farrow,
minister of music at the church, who said he had been helping the family cope all week through their loss of whitney.

After the introduction, there was a brief message of love from Newark mayor Cory Booker , who shared his condolences with the family and her loved ones.

Rev. Joe A. Carter , who read an emotional passage from the scripture, which lead to another passionate choir performance.

Tyler Perry then followed with words about his time spent with late Whitney houston in Atlanta.
Kevin Costner spoke warmly about his Bodyguard co-star, sharing views about their shared passion in the church and sharing some warm hilarious stories from the set of their famous movie together.

Alicia Keys gave a beautiful, tearful speech about Whitney’s love of mentoring young and upcoming musicians.
Alecia keys then played an emotional version from her own music, titled “Send Me An Angel.”

Clive Davis then went up to speak about his professional relationship with Whitney Houston, detailing her amazing profession through the years.

The ceremony will be followed by a burial at Fairview Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest next to her late father John Russell Houston, Jr
